Because our products are 100% handmade and not mass-produced, we follow a specific refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness while maintaining the integrity of our work.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • After this period, production or packaging begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • As our products are handmade and often customized, we do not offer refunds once the order has been shipped.

  • In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review the request and offer:

    • A replacement at no extra cost, or

    • A resolution based on the nature of the issue.

Returns

  • Due to the personalized and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
