By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. We accept payments through trusted gateways. Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time mentioned on the product page. However, delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like courier delays, stock availability, or customs clearance.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the production or shipment process begins, cancellations are not possible due to the personalized nature of our products.

5. Refund & Replacement

Since our products are handmade and customized, we do not offer refunds once shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or resolution.
